Palentine Hill... & good Italian pizza, dessert & drinks!

Tani got tired and cold from the Catacombs trip so she went shopping at Roma Termini and then took a nap at the hotel.  Meanwhile, Rahul visited Palatine Hill.  He loved it, but was sad because there wasn't enough time to enjoy it all. Also it was raining like crazy.

That's an extremely wet looking rabbit.

Dinner! Kalik, from the B&B, recommended this place - Ristorante Mensa di Bacco.
It was good! The service was nice, which is apparently sort of unusual. Valerio was our server and he was the son of the chef (who was a woman). So it felt like a local place, even though it was pretty full of German tourists.

We wouldn't say to go across town for this place, but if your hotel is south of Termini, this is a good place to go.

Rahul tries a limoncello, which is pretty strong and tart. And of course - tiramisu!
