After a slightly stressful search for the correct airport vaporetto (the concierge at Hotel Danieli was very vague - maybe Hotel Danieli guests always take water taxis to the airport so why would he know about peasant modes of transportation), we got on the correct boat and headed for the airport.
Our flight was delayed by an hour... one final cappuccino and pastry!

Arriving in Germany! At Berlin Schoenefeld airport. Kind of a junky airport, particularly for a nation's capital. Hopefully they finish up the new airport soon...
