Super well-rated but it was only ok for us. It was just this guy's apartment with two extra bedrooms rented out. It was so cold in Rome and he had no heat. Also weird things like having to chase him down to find toilet paper, and having a mediocre breakfast that was included (so we felt obliged to eat it but it seemed like wasted calories). The location was awesome, though. The price was low, but we agreed we should have paid more and gotten heat.
After we got to the bed and breakfast, we napped for an hour since it was still early, like 11 am or so, and then got up and started to do our sightseeing.
We know everyone has this picture, but still! When in Rome...
It was cold and rainy - Tani totally underestimated how cold, and Rahul switched jackets with her like a true gentleman.
This was our first meal in Roma - a quick lunch of pizza. This pizza was.... OK. Served by Vietnamese(?) woman in a fast food/touristy kind of joint. We were hungry and needed fuel. Hopefully better pizza ahead!
