Happy Birthday to Rahul... At Ocean city beach on the Atlantic Ocean

September 1st is Rahul's birthday. We celebrated it last night with the birthday cake cookie and then hot the bed really tired! Today morning was spent at beach, getting sun bathed and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean!

One of the higest & strongest waves We have seen and it was fun to fight them. Then rahul got sand graved ie buried in sand!

Boardwalk Empire... Conquered!

Took a bus ride to the boardwalk and then walked around. It's pretty nice & awesome there. Lot of sand sculptures, nice ice cream & water ice, pizza and okay dinner. Tani bought. Nice tshirt for Rahul an also got candies & cake from candy kitchen.

Arrived at our hotel in Ocean City!

We just arrived at our hotel, Comfort Inn Gold Coast. It's pretty alright, rated high and we got a decent deal. Quick check in and we are getting ready to hit the beach which is just across the street/road.

Rahul's birthday weekend trip to Ocean city

This is Rahul's birthday weekend (birthday on Sep 1). So we started this morning from home (Arlington) at 9:30 am. It was a nice drive with not much traffic and nice views (reminded Rahul of his village in India). We stopped at Fat Daddy's BBQ for lunch, which was pretty awesome. And then on the way to our hotel, through Bethany Beach on Coastal Highway.

Alaska to Seattle to New York City... Vacation ends, back home finally!
